About Us


Both exercise and health have forever been my lifelong passion. Throughout the 37 years I’ve been in the fitness industry, I’ve served as an American College of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer, as well as a Licensed Massage Therapist. Additionally, I have a 250- hour yoga certification.

I begin each day by practicing what I preach. Every morning I’m up before dawn either headed out for a bike ride or changing it up with a run/walk. Beginning my mornings early is the only way I can fit in training for myself before coming into the studio. I love the way it makes me feel and am energized and ready to start my day!

I teach every client about:

Exercise – so they can run with passion instead of walking the path of least resistance.

Flexibility and Balance – so they can leap into their later years instead of succumbing to aging.

Managing stress – so they can live a harmonious life and experience inner peace instead of just coping.

Nutrition – so they can control their health without counting calories and instead of fad dieting.

Integrity and respect – so they can be partners in fitness instead of just casual acquaintances.
