Debi McKibben, Personal Training, Yoga, Massage

Debi is an AFAA Certified Personal Trainer and has been a professional in the fitness industry for 26 years. Her passion is Yoga, in which she is a certified Hatha Yoga teacher and has studying Anusara Yoga under Moses Brown. Debi holds certifications in Group Fitness, Weight Training, Resist-A-Ball and Flexible Strength. Debi has also completed a 500 hour Massage Therapy Program, is licensed by the State of Maryland and is registered through the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage & Body Work. Dedicated to health and fitness she continues to study in order to help educate her clients in total fitness.
Barb Fuhrman, Yoga

Movement is an integral pat of optimal health. Studies support Yoga as a form of movement that has significant beneficial impact on participant�s health. Barb is a certified Yoga Instructor who teaches yoga based on Hatha Yoga principles as taught by Swami Vishnu Devananda and BKS Iyengar. She has been practicing Yoga for most of her life having been introduced to it at the age of 5 in New York City, where she grew up. She moved to Maryland just over a year ago from Colorado where she had her own Yoga school. Barb is also a Certified Instructor of �Tai Chi for Better Movement�, an evidence-based fall prevention program, developed by Fuzhong Li, PhD of Oregon Research Institute. She has been a practitioner and student of Tai Chi and Qi Gong since the 1970�s. Barb also teaches Yoga and Tai Chi on the Eastern Shore at An Ounce of Prevention, Wellness Center and for Chesapeake College at the Kent Island and Grasonville Senior Centers. She is a Certified Natural Health Professional, and is currently working towards a degree as a Doctor of Naturopathy through the Trinity School of Natural Health, believing in a holistic approach to emotional, spiritual and physical well being by living a life that integrates healthful nutrition, physical activity, and stress management.
